Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak times or new product launches, processing may take a little longer, and we’ll notify you by email if that’s the case. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the method chosen at checkout: standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping averages 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Policy - the basics

We currently ship within the United States, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and size. Tracking information will be sent to you once your order is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — Sol Haus cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, Sol Haus is not liable for delays, loss, or theft during transit. For such issues, we encourage customers to contact the carrier directly with their tracking number, though we’ll do our best to assist where possible.

Damages, Returns, and Support

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery at adminoffice@solhausgoods.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll review for a replacement or store credit. Due to the nature of our products (candles, herbs, incense, etc.), all sales are final, and returns or exchanges on used/opened items cannot be accepted.
